If your order is received incorrect, damaged or defective, we'll make it right! Let us know immediately at email@example.com. Please include description of the issue along with images of the item in the condition you received and the packaging. If you received an incorrect item, please take a picture of the label with product number, if possible.
We will work on getting the item replaced or repaired at no additional cost to you.
Oversized Items & Large Furniture
All freight items should be inspected at delivery and refused if damaged. If you sign for the damaged freight and it is at your property, we are not responsible for disposal.
- We cannot replace incorrect, damaged or defective items after 20 days from delivery
- Some items will include distressing, irregularities and natural elements that will differ in appearance from photos. These elements may be considered a unique feature, not a defect.
- Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.
