If you receive a notice that your package has been delivered but the item is not found by your front door or wherever you receive packages, it may be that your package was mis-delivered to a neighbor or was unexpectedly delayed.
Check the tracking provided for any updates on the delivery date and/or the location the package was left. Keep an eye out for the missing package or a notice of attempted delivery.
